INGREDIENTS

• 4 cup Baby Kale Blend

• 1 cup Pea Shoots

• ½ cup Pickled beets

• ½ cup Bacon bits

• ½ cup Dried Cranberries

• ½ cup Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds

• ½ cup Siracha Blend Popcorn

INSTRUCTIONS

• For the Dressing, in a food processor combine all ingredients and puree for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Season with salt and pepper

• To plate the salad: Place ½ cup of Kale blend on the centre of the plate, garnish with a tsp. each of beets, bacon, cranberries, seeds and popcorn. Finally placing 1Tbsp. pea shoots over the entire salad. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of dressing over salad.
