Pumpkin Flan
A delicious fall treat made with pumpkin and our Black Truffle Monterey Jack.
INGREDIENTS
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1/3 cup white sugar
2 tsp. of cinnamon
2/3 cup of whole milk
1/3 cup of grated Bothwell Black Truffle Monterey Jack
Optional: Caramel Sauce
1/3 cup of white sugar melted in pan over medium heat till golden in colour
